The High-End Group
If you are selling your exquisite, high-end home with good equity (20% or more) that is, say, between $800,000 and $5,000,000 (or higher depending on the local market), then I have a solution that sells your home *NOW*, sells to a well-qualified owner-occupant, pays your real estate broker’s fee, prevents breaks in contingency chains, pays you more cash than you have equity in the home, and lets you move on with your life.
